Job Summary: As Group HR Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Group HR Operations team based in the UK and Bulgaria. Your role will involve managing and streamlining day-to-day HR functions, driving efficient operations, and supporting the employee lifecycle, including HR Systems (Workday, HR Specialist Systems). You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and HR Business Partnering Teams regarding these systems. Collaboration with the HR Technology team will be essential to ensure process standardization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR Business Partnering Teams.
  • Manage the internal Group HR Operations ticketing system, triaging requests appropriately.
  • Handle all level 1 requests efficiently.
  • Ensure all HR processes in Workday are completed timely, avoiding delays impacting payroll and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Technology Team to provide up-to-date guides, job aids, and process flows.
  • Regularly audit data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing letters, references, and probation reviews, with automation efforts within Workday.
  • Maintain organized and standardized employee files within Workday.
  • Ensure employee data compliance with GDPR and data retention policies.
  • Provide immigration support for UK employees, including visa renewals and tracking in Workday and UK SMS portal.
  • Work closely with HR Technology and Payroll teams to coordinate cyclical activities.
  • Assist with testing, system enhancements, and new functionality implementation.
  • Support filing and documentation needs as required.
