VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful construction firm, who have experienced significant growth as a result of several large value contracts in the UK and Ireland.

To help the organisation reach their true potential in terms of growth and engagement, they are now wishing to appoint a HR Manager, on a full-time permanent basis.

The HR Manager will oversee the design, implementation and roll out of a new HR function for the business, ensuring that key business units, including specific geographical areas and stakeholders are serviced appropriately and in line with their individual needs and jurisdictions.

This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a business that has experienced sustained growth and have reached the point of building their own best in class HR function.

You will be an experienced HR Manager with a hands-on approach but also able to plan and operate strategically, ensuring the business is equipped to attract, retain and develop their employees and future employees.
