Due to continued growth and their ambition in new thinking as they look to the future, the organisation wishes to appoint a seasoned Group HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role will act as a strategic advisor and catalyst for people and organisational excellence, driving business success through exceptional talent management, inclusive leadership support, and thoughtful organisation design.
This role champions a high-performance culture by leading on and aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion, and enabling leaders to build engaged, resilient, and future-ready teams. The Group HR Business Partner will provide valuable executive support to key stakeholders through real business intimacy, insight and influence, utilising a strong consulting and coaching mindset and leveraging internal and external resources to shape solutions. They will translate business objectives into HR strategies and plans that support growth and innovation, leading on change management initiatives in alignment with business transformations.
