Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a varied, hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? MSV, the UK’s leading motorsport circuit operator, is looking for a Group HR Advisor to join our Group HR team, based at the iconic Donington Park Circuit.
This is a fantastic new opportunity to play a key role in supporting our venues and teams across the UK with employee relations, HR policy, wellbeing, and more, all within a unique and exciting motorsport setting.
In this role you will:
Provide comprehensive HR support across the MSV Group, working closely with managers and employees to deliver pragmatic advice and guidance on all aspects of HR Advise on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management Support and coach managers through formal processes and hearings Ensure legal compliance and consistency in the application of HR policies and procedures Monitor absence and support wellbeing and return-to-work plans Help shape and deliver HR training sessions to upskill managers Assist with policy development and compliance with employment law and data protection Contribute to wider HR initiatives, projects, and recruitment events across the group Be based at Donington Park, and regular travel to other MSV circuits will be required to maintain strong relationships and provide visible, proactive HR support.For this role you will have / be:
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, with case management experience Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills Excellent standard of written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsIn addition, any of the following would be an advantage:
A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) Experience working in hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar fast-paced sectors Background in a multi-site or group roleIn return MSV offer:
