Group Housing Officer
Islington, London with hybrid working including one day in the office and regular visits across our services which may include London, Brighton, Kent, Luton, and Bedford
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility as required
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and experienced Group Housing Officer to join our small, close-knit housing management team. In this role, you will be responsible for housing management functions such as occupancy, charge collection, and health and safety monitoring for residential supported accommodation services.
You will work independently, managing your schedule and priorities, while collaborating with our services. You will support Service Managers in the smooth operation of properties, maintaining high standards of housing management, and supporting residents' needs. Additionally, you will assist in managing and auditing rent accounts to maximize income. This role is ideal if you have a passion for our work and a background in housing management.
