Job description

Healthcare Homes Group is recruiting for a Group Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. This role is remote, involving delivering inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across Healthcare Homes Group.

As part of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering virtual inductions and face-to-face training primarily across our locations in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

Previous experience as a trainer is not essential, as support and training will be provided. However, a background in and experience with hands-on care are essential. Since our induction training is held virtually, you should have good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Due to the nature of the role, travel to various locations across Cambridge, Bedford, and Watford is required. Access to your own transport is essential, and living in or near these areas is preferred. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary, with advanced notice provided.
