This role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization. JOB TITLE: Group Health & Safety Manager

EMPLOYMENT BASIS: Permanent
LOCATION: Gloucester (with some travel to other sites)
HOURS OF WORK: 9.00am 5.00pm Mon-Fri
40 hours per week
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To lead, develop, and maintain FWG s health & safety strategy, ensuring that all FWG workplaces, and any activities undertaken, are safe, healthy and in compliance with all relevant legislation.
JOB DEFINITION:
A highly visible role focused on preventing accidents and injuries, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and developing a continuously improving health and safety culture that benefits both the organisation and its employees.
