In this role, you will oversee the strategic management of health and safety across Royal London, establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the health and safety management system to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and ISO45001 standards.
We value candidates who can lead projects requiring collaboration and buy-in from colleagues or external providers, and who can effectively engage leadership teams and partners. Experience in promoting workplace wellbeing initiatives and a passion for diversity and inclusion are highly desirable.
