Overall Assignment Objective

Responsible for collect, aggregate, analyze and report monthly/quarterly/annual data related to HSE function. Responsible for supporting Modulaire Group in rolling out main projects and initiatives, working closely with HSE team for standardization across the organization and playing a key role in continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities
  • Collect, aggregate and analyze all HSE data in a timely manner.
  • Contribute in collaboration with other department to prepare other reports (IT, supply chain etc.).
  • Help in maintaining live HSE digital tools (e.g. implementation of new modules and further customization, cascading to other region, managing SharePoint settings, employee trainings).
  • Support Modulaire Group in main projects/initiatives/ implementations, e.g. Safety Champions, HSE campaigns, HSE alerts.
  • Support Modulaire Group in sharing good practices.
Technical Skills Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in working with HSE-related data
  • Experienced in HSE digital tools implementation will be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills
  • Continuous improvement oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Fluent in English.
