With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of 3 700 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team, reporting into the Chief People & Culture Officer to support the growth of the business into the future. The Group Head of Talent Management & Employee Experience will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies that enhance the overall employee experience and drive talent management initiatives. This role focuses on creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the alignment of talent management practices with the company’s strategic goals.
As this is a global remit, the role requires a seasoned professional with extensive international experience in talent management, employee experience and leadership development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organisational goals, driving the attraction, retention and motivation of top talent
This is a hybrid role and can be based from our offices in Ireland or the UK
