London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is recruiting a Group Director, Head of Security Architecture to lead the Cyber Security Architecture function. You will drive strategy, partner with CTO and business lines, and oversee safe design, governance reviews, and risk posture across the portfolio.

Your role includes guiding designs for cloud migrations, mergers and complex financial applications with strong emphasis on security controls.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Application Security Architecture and controls.
• Experience leading security architecture teams in global financial services.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategy for the Security Architecture team.
• Manage performance, development and wellbeing of architects across domains.
• Define architecture principles, policies and standards for reference architectures.
