Are you an ambitious marketing leader with a passion for education? Inspired Learning Group (ILG) is seeking an exceptional Group Head of Marketing & Admissions to shape and drive our group-wide marketing, admissions, and commercial strategy across a dynamic portfolio of schools and nurseries.
About the Role
This is a senior group-wide leadership position for someone who thrives on both strategic direction and hands-on delivery. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and admissions strategies to drive student recruitment, retention, and brand growth across all ILG schools, including nurseries, prep, and through schools. The role also oversees commercial income generation through summer camps and facility rentals.
The postholder will provide strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and operational oversight, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the group and a seamless, positive experience for prospective families and commercial clients.

The role will involve a blend of home working and working at our head office in Stanmore (Inspired Learning Group, Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 3HD). Frequent travel to the schools within the Inspired Learning Group will also be required.
