Job summary

Frankham Consultancy Group is seeking a Group Head of Legal Services to lead all legal activities across the Frankham Group. The role provides commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of matters.

You will draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts, manage disputes, and lead on professional liability insurance. The successful candidate will establish and develop the Group’s legal function in line with growth and oversee external advisers.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house.
• Strong experience advising on commercial contracts.
• Experience negotiating consultancy appointments and professional services agreements.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
