The Role

As Group Head of Fleet, you'll take full ownership of our fleet strategy, overseeing relationships with business clients, leasing companies, manufacturers, and internal teams. Your mission will be to drive profitable growth, ensure exceptional service delivery, and maintain the trusted reputation weve earned over decades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear fleet strategy across the group.
  • Lead and inspire fleet teams across all sites to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with corporate clients, manufacturers, and leasing partners.
  • Set and monitor performance targets, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations and group policies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align fleet operations with wider business goals.
About You
  • Proven experience in a senior fleet or B2B automotive roleideally within the motor trade.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-site teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
  • Relationship-driven, with the ability to win trust and build partnerships.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of working at both strategic and operational levels.
