The main focus of the Group Governance and Risk Manager is to lead the governance function, ensuring the delivery of excellent governance arrangements within the organization. You will review and advise the group and board on compliance with all regulatory requirements, codes of practice, and legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, compliance, and regulations, with experience working with board members or senior leadership teams.

The role includes:

  • Leading the governance function to ensure excellent governance arrangements
  • Creating a culture of good governance and risk management
  • Reviewing and advising on compliance with regulatory requirements

The person:

  • Has experience working with board-level or senior management teams
  • Has a proven track record with governance models and legal requirements of corporate governance
  • Has experience working with corporate risk frameworks
  • Has a strong background in compliance and regulations
