Stanton House is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager in London to join our growing finance team. You will manage portfolio models, forecast data and support capital planning for a multi-billion-pound asset base within a high-growth data centre portfolio.

You will collaborate with senior leaders on investment analyses, budgeting processes and board reporting, leveraging advanced Excel and sophisticated modelling skills.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with c.5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Experience in a capital-intensive sector such as data centres, real estate, infrastructure.
• Exposure to FP&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, or transactions.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Ambitious and intellectually curious in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update portfolio financial models and forecasts.
• Track capital expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
• Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements.
• Prepare investment committee papers and shareholder reporting.
• Coordinate financial information across multiple business functions.
• Review and challenge assumptions, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Support ongoing improvements to reporting and forecasting processes.
