Walker Hamill is seeking a Group FP&A Manager for our client to coordinate the integrated planning process from liquidity forecasting to long-term projections, supporting corporate planning and transaction activity such as joint ventures, refinancing and M&A.
The role analyzes drivers of trading performance, commercial pipeline, cost management, Capex deployment and KPIs to enable forward-looking action plans for senior leadership, and may involve process improvement initiatives.
Salary Guide: £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This Group FP&A Manager role is responsible for the coordination of an action-focused, integrated group planning process, from short-term liquidity forecasting through to long-term projections to support corporate planning and transaction activity such as joint ventures, refinancing and M&A.
The role will support analyse the drivers of recent trading performance, commercial pipeline, cost management, deployment of Capex and KPIs. This analysis will allow the creation of forward-looking action-based plans for the senior leadership to optimise performance across the Group. The new Group FP&A Manager is also responsible for assisting with the execution of ad hoc projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement and acting upon these to realise efficiencies.

The successful candidate for this Group FP&A Manager role will have gained experience in another international group of scale, working in FP&A at either group or regional level. Exposure to and involvement in transactions would be highly advantageous, including M&A, JVs and refinancing, whether gained within another FP&A role or from time previously spent in transaction services or similar.
All candidates should possess highly developed interpersonal skills in order to influence at all levels across the business. Any experience or exposure to systems implementations or systems development and improvement projects would be an added bonus, as the finance team seeks to drive further value from technology.
