Job summary

Goodman Masson partners with a global technology business hiring an FP&A Manager to join the London finance team. This highly commercial role provides strategic insight, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support to drive growth and profitability in a fast-scaling environment.

You'll own group budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting, build robust financial models, and partner with department heads to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
• Proactive, commercially minded in a high-growth environment.

FP&A Manager | Tech | £70k-£80k plus bonus | C. London - Hybrid

Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global Technology business who are looking to hire a FP&A Manager to join their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role that will work closely with the leadership team, providing strategic insight and decision support to help drive growth and profitability.

With significant private equity backing, the business is scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally. As part of this growth journey, finance is seen as a true business partner, playing a central role in budgeting, forecasting, improving operational performance, and supporting key investment decisions.
