Job summary

Tyro Group are seeking a Head of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting and long range planning across the Group, delivering clear insight into business performance and driving value creation. The role will partner closely with operational and finance leaders to improve accountability, strengthen performance management, and support strategic decision making through robust analysis and scenario modelling.

This role will play a key part in identifying growth, margin and cash improvement

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Proven ability to deliver financial insight that informs business decisions.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and driving performance.
• Experience in multi-site or group environments and leading reporting.
• Strong financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case support.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group’s forecasting, budgeting and long range planning processes.
• Partner with operational leaders and senior stakeholders to drive accountability.
• Develop, monitor and report key financial, operational, value creation and working capital KPIs.
• Provide insight into drivers of performance, risks and actions.
• Lead deep dive analysis across revenue, margin, overheads and cash.
• Support scenario modelling, business cases and decision support.
• Identify and track performance improvement initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Monitor integration progress and value realisation, managing risks.
• Help establish a data driven performance management culture across the Group.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to improve MGMT information quality.
