Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to support reporting, performance insights and financial storytelling across the Group. The role blends strong analytics with clear communication to translate performance into actionable recommendations.

Based in Manchester with hybrid working (1-2 days in the office), the ideal candidate will develop reporting, dashboards and commentary that explain variance, opportunities and risks to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or performance analysis in fast-paced environments.
Advanced Excel for large datasets and performance analytics.
Excellent PowerPoint/presentation skills and ability to tell the story behind numbers.
Strong written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience producing monthly reporting packs and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly Group reporting packs.
Analyse financial and operational performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
Identify KPIs, risks and opportunities and communicate them to stakeholders.
Develop concise commentary that explains performance and actions.
Monitor Group KPIs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Work with BI teams to automate reporting and improve data access.
Create dashboards and scorecards across the Group.
Present to Finance Leadership and Executive stakeholders.
