Synthomer is seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance team at the London Global Headquarters. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting and insightful performance analysis that shapes our financial strategy and informs Board discussions.
Based in London, the role requires close collaboration with the Head of Group FP&A and CFO, with a mix of in-office collaboration and strategic analysis across divisions.

We’re looking for a Group FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance team at our global headquarters in Victoria, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing the analysis, reporting and insight that helps shape the future direction of the business. Working alongside the Head of Group FP&A, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Executive Committee, CFO and Board through high‑quality financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
