Job summary

Synthomer plc in London is seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team at the UK headquarters. You will work closely with the Head of Group FP&A and senior leadership to deliver accurate financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis across divisions.

You will prepare insightful commentary for Board reports and investor updates, challenge assumptions with robust financial models, and support finance transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or corporate finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Analyse performance across divisions and identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Partner with finance leaders to challenge assumptions and improve decision-making.
• Deliver meaningful commentary and reporting for senior leadership and boards.
