David Lloyd Clubs in Kettering seeks a Group Exercise Instructor to lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Aqua sessions, plus six Signature Classes. You will deliver engaging classes across a bespoke studio environment with CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching.

Join a club volunteering a thriving culture; candidates must be self-employed with CIMSPA qualifications and public liability insurance, and able to inspire members across all fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Registered self-employed with Public Liability Insurance for £2 million.
• Adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passionate about health and fitness with the ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Aqua classes for members.
• Deliver engaging and dynamic group exercise sessions.
• Teach multiple classes in one location as required.
• Support and motivate members to achieve their goals.
