To deliver these services, we seek an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member for the role of Group Exercise Instructor.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to inspire members to achieve their goals by leading Group Exercise Classes within our Leisure Centre. You will help create a community-oriented environment, building clubs within clubs, and always deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group exercise classes
• Foster a safe, fun, and professional environment
• Assist staff and interact with customers frequently
• Contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere

About You

The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing the best service. Good personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills are essential. You must hold an Instructor Qualification for the class you will conduct. Experience or interest in the leisure industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
