• Experience as a Financial Controller or similar in a complex operations business.
• Ability to work with senior leaders across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly and statutory reporting across the Group.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Develop commercial reporting, KPIs and management information.
• Improve financial systems, controls and processes.
• Work with operational leaders across seven businesses to drive performance.
• Lead, develop and get the best from the finance team.
