Qualifications

• Experience leading audit, statutory accounts, group reporting, budgets, forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in charity reporting or not-for-profit environments is beneficial but not essential.

• Lead a high-performing Financial Control and FP&A team, developing the team and driving excellence.
• Oversee robust financial governance, reporting and statutory accounts.
• Direct external audit and the integration of acquisitions into the group structure.
