We have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Term Group Financial Controller (Maternity cover) to join our team. The role is a senior one, responsible for leading a large team, finance business partnering key business leaders and delivering controls and compliance across the group. The role is a key member of our Finance Lead Team and also an important part of the extended management team of the business.
We're looking for a forward-thinking Controller, with experience of the role that can translate the relevant parts of that experience into our team and working culture. Candidates should understand the importance of leading organisations, developing talent, speaking to the business in their own language as well as fundamental controls, compliance and disciplines associated with high-achieving finance teams.
This role is based at our Head Office in Newcastle, with the option of some home working once the initial training period has been successfully completed.
