Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Group Financial Controller for a FMCG business based in West Yorkshire. You will oversee group financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and decision-making across the group.

You will lead and develop the finance team, coordinate with external auditors, monitor cash flow, and drive improvements in systems and controls to strengthen the finance function and enable scalable growth across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong background in financial reporting and compliance or industry relevant finance functions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
