We are seeking a technically strong and commercially astute Group Financial Controller to lead the enterprise-wide Financial Accounting and Reporting function. Acting as Deputy to the Group Finance Director, you\'ll oversee all financial control, statutory reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance activities, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness across the group. Leading a team of around 25-30 finance professionals, you\'ll play a pivotal role in modernising the finance function—tightening controls, embedding accountability, and driving performance through insight. This is both a leadership and transformation role, offering the autonomy to shape financial governance in a business ready for change.
