Job description

SF Executive are partnered with a Northamptonshire based, private equity backed service business who are seeking a Group Financial Controller. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a critical role in the development of the business as it continues to scale. This role requires a motivated individual as it provides an ideal opportunity to grow with the business.

The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the financial control environment including all finance operational processes and development of business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Group consolidation
  2. Finance and operational systems
  3. Treasury/ cash management
  4. Cash forecasting
  5. Taxation
  6. Billing/ credit control/ purchase ledger
  7. Integration of new acquisitions
  8. Governance
  9. Maintaining a clean audit report
  10. Supporting commercial teams on margin improvement plans

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis consisting of 4 days in the office with an adult approach to flexibility.
