Michael Page is seeking a Group Financial Analyst based in the Wokingham area to support group reporting and analysis. You will help ensure smooth business operations by analysing financial data and providing insights.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, full UK right to work, and commuting to Wokingham five days a week. Permanent position with a salary of £60,000–£65,000 plus healthcare and a bonus.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant.
• Full UK right to work.
• First or second time mover from practice.
• Must commute to Wokingham area 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the group.
• Collect and analyse financial information from international subsidiaries, providing variance and trend analysis on key performance areas.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including preparation of the Ireland reporting pack.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities, including cash flow, inventory and debt covenant analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and operational teams to improve reporting quality and provide commercial insight.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting and drive operational efficiencies across the group.
• Support statutory reporting requirements and maintain robust financial controls, documentation and audit trails.
• Assist with technical accounting matters and ad hoc analysis projects for the wider finance leadership team.
