Description: GROUP FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - LUXURY RETAIL BRAND - £55-57K + BONUS + BENEFITS

Your new company

A high-end fashion brand is looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team! The client is seeking practice-trained candidates from the Big 4 or Top 10, with retail client exposure (a must!). This role offers more than standard reporting; you'll be involved in commercial duties and strategic financial activities. The business is expanding, including opening more stores internationally, making this an exciting time to join!

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

1. Monthly statutory management accounts
2. Month-end duties
3. Balance sheet reconciliation
4. Preparation of statutory accounts with external third parties
5. Coordinate external audits
6. Oversee Accounts Payable function, managing one AP staff
7. UK VAT compliance
8. Financial analysis
9. Weekly cash flow forecasting
10. Supporting commercial activities (analysis, forward planning)

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA Qualified Accountant, coming directly from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm with retail client exposure.
