NEW AVENUES PARTNERSHIP LIMITED seeks a technically strong Financial/Group Accountant to own group consolidations, statutory reporting and tax control in a fast-growing entertainment group. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage group accounts, audits, and compliance within a dynamic finance team.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Prior experience in Media/Entertainment or creative sectors preferred
• Strong technical accounting skills: group consolidations & statutory reporting
• Experience using CaseWare
• Good knowledge of UK tax, VAT and payroll processes
• Knowledge of UK statutory and audit requirements
• Highly organised with ability to manage priorities and deadlines
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed
• Strong Excel and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Responsabilités

• Prepare quarterly reporting including Group P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and covenants.
• Oversee annual Group consolidations and statutory accounts for the Group and subsidiaries; liaise with external auditors.
• Manage group tax compliance, VAT returns, P11Ds and PAYE settlements.
• Administer intercompany recharges, dividends and monthly reconciliations.
• Support systems/process improvements and cross-functional projects with finance teams.
