Your new role
The Group Financial Accountant role offers the opportunity to join the Group Finance team and gain broad exposure across group financial accounting, tax, treasury, and systems. This role provides valuable experience for a technically skilled individual with experience in consolidations and IFRS technical accounting. It also offers the chance to get involved in the commercial aspects of finance, including insights on central costs and group performance, within a motivated and upbeat team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Graduate qualified accountant with a strong IFRS technical background (1-2 years post-qualification preferred)
• Considerable experience in preparing or auditing consolidations
• Ability to provide technical IFRS accounting advice
• Hands-on tax experience is an asset
• Adept at stakeholder management and communication (both written and verbal)
• Experience within or auditing private-equity backed businesses is desirable
• Understanding of the commercial aspects of the business; experience in the Aerospace industry is desirable
