Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a rapidly growing international consumer business to recruit a Group Finance Manager in Central London. You will own financial controls, consolidation across multiple entities, and international reporting, reporting to the Finance Director, with a clear path to finance leadership.

You will work on cash forecasting, stock accounting, budgeting, and the application of AI and automation in finance, with a 4-day in-office pattern and a bonus of 10% on top of

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical foundations
• Experience in consumer/retail/stock-based business

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial controls and preparation for the group's first statutory audit
• Handle multi-entity consolidation and international reporting
• Manage UK/US/European tax and compliance with external advisers
• Lead cashflow forecasting, treasury and cash management
• Oversight of stock accounting, SKU reporting and COGS visibility
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and channel profitability
• Improve finance systems, data flows and processes
• Apply automation and AI/LLMs within finance
• Provide commercial analysis across retail, wholesale, marketplaces and D2C

Group Finance Manager | High-Growth Consumer Business | Central London | £70,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus

Zachary Daniels Finance is partnering with a rapidly growing international consumer business to recruit a Group Finance Manager. This business has been named in several lists of 2025 & 2026 as a UK consumer business to watch.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant who wants far more than a traditional reporting role.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll join at an important stage of growth and help build the finance infrastructure required for an increasingly complex international business.

You'll gain broad exposure across financial control, first audit, international entities, stock, FP&A, systems, automation and AI, with a genuine progression route towards Group Financial Controller or Head of Finance.

The role

You'll take ownership across:

• Financial controls and preparation for the group's first statutory audit
• Multi-entity consolidation and international reporting
• UK, US and European tax and compliance, alongside external advisers
• Cashflow forecasting, treasury and cash management
• Stock accounting, SKU reporting and cost-of-goods visibility
• Budgeting, forecasting and channel profitability
• Finance systems, data flows and process improvement
• Automation and practical application of AI/LLMs within finance
• Commercial analysis across retail, wholesale, marketplaces and D2C

About you

You'll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong technical foundations, commercial curiosity and the ambition to progress quickly.

• Strong financial control, reporting and audit experience
• Consumer, ecommerce, retail, wholesale or another stock-based background
• Multi-entity and/or international exposure
• Strong systems and process-improvement capability
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and how technology can improve finance

This could be particularly well suited to a second-time mover from accountancy practice looking for broader ownership and a clear route to finance leadership.
