White Horse is currently supporting a highly successful, PE-backed company that is looking for an ambitious Group Finance Manager. This role will play a key part in delivering commercially focused financial reporting and analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making across the group. The Manager will be a key driver of financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure robust planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across all business units.

The successful candidate will analyze and challenge figures across various aspects of the financial infrastructure while contributing to the wider financial growth.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and challenge figures across various aspects of the financial infrastructure while contributing to the wider financial growth.

2. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to continuously improve the quality and relevance of financial analysis presented to the Group Board.

3. Deliver monthly MI reports.

4. Coordinate and deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly re-forecasts.

5. Support multi-year planning.

6. Lead a team of 2; experience in mentoring or management is preferable.
