Group Finance Manager | South Manchester | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | £60,000-£70,000 + bonus + benefits.

Job Overview:

Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with one of the most prominent, high growth Global Tech companies in the North West as they bolster their Group Finance function with the exciting addition of a Group Finance Manager.

Typical candidates will have an ACA background, coupled with time spent in industry, ideally in a Group environment where they have been exposed to relevant reporting standards.

Salary: £60k-£70k

Location: South Manchester

Main Duties:

  • Lead on complex technical accounting considerations.
  • Review historic reporting to build a suite of analysis to track the performance of the division.
  • Support on both short, and long-term forecasting along with capital requirements for all divisions.
  • Assess the current processes and controls across all key cycles, bringing ideas to the table to improve frameworks for each division in a high-growth environment.
  • Present accurate divisional consolidations to the CFO, including balance sheet and cash flow information.
  • A rare opportunity to get involved with ad-hoc projects and drive large-scale transactions.
  • Support the inter-group pricing negotiations, assessing the impact of historic financial performance.
Person Specification:
  • ACA Qualified with appropriate post qualified experience.
  • Relevant experience in a Group Finance setting.
  • Able to support the business function and senior management team.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and non-finance individuals.
  • Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skill set.
