Job description

Group Finance Manager | PE backed Construction company | Salary £75,000 - £83,000 + bonus

I am currently working with a PE Backed Construction company who are looking for a Group Finance Manager to come and join the growing team. You will be reporting into the Head of Group Reporting and working closely with the wider team and across the business.

This is a super exciting time to join the business which operates a hybrid working model and there is flexibility to which days you go in. You will be happy reporting and working closely with senior leaders across the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with regional teams and any audit issues, being the main point of contact for the auditors.
  • Own statutory and financial statements for all legal entities.
  • Be technically strong with IFRS and knowledge of GAAPs.
  • Have strong experience with consolidation and working with multi-currency, across multiple countries.
  • Support on acquisition accounting and work with the wider team on this.
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO on any ad-hoc projects which may arise.

For this position, you need to have worked in practice, ideally at a top 10 firm, and be ACA qualified. You should have some industry experience and be looking for that next step in your career to accelerate to the next level. For this role, you will be succession planning for the Head of Group Reporting.
