Trinity House Group are currently partnering with a market leading SME business in Leicester to recruit a Group Finance Manager. We are looking for a positive, hands-on, technically-minded individual to join the business to support with the operations of 3 businesses within the Group.

The Duties

• Responsible for the preparation of month end management accounts.
• Bank and general ledger reconciliations for company bank accounts.
• Preparation and submission of month and year end accounts.
• Prepayments and accruals with variance analysis.
• Preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Group consolidations, fixed assets, reporting and operations.
• Statutory accounts, regulatory compliance and Tax.

The Requirements

• Fully qualified ACCA / ACA or CIMA.
• Service orientated with a process improvement mindset.
• Ideally experience within a multi-site or multi entity business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business with attention to detail.
• Technically proficient, able to lead confidently and foster trust within the team.
• Skilled in balancing hands-on work with high-level reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
