About the Role

As Finance Manager, you'll be instrumental in:

• Providing expert financial advice and support to senior management
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Managing day-to-day financial operations
• Developing financial systems and controls
• Collaborating across departments to support key business initiatives
• Analysing financial performance to identify optimisation opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

You are a qualified finance professional with:

• Professional accounting qualification (full or part ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
• Strategic mindset that balances big-picture thinking with crucial details
• Experience with accounting systems
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills to transform complex data into meaningful insights
• Proven financial experience within the travel or leisure industry
