Job summary

A group exercise operations assistant role at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is aimed at delivering outstanding member experiences. You will support instructors, maintain high class standards, and foster a welcoming environment across the club.

You will build strong relationships with members and instructors, respond to feedback, and help drive class attendance and participation targets while working with fitness, sales and operations teams to ensure a premium member experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced group exercise instructor with a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both face-to-face and through phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop, with an interest in progressing into a Group Exercise Management role.

Responsibilities

• Champion health, safety, and continuous improvement while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Our members have an unparalleled dedication to their training, with our classes are in more demand than ever and our members talk to us a lot about what they love and what improvements they think can be made to our Group Exercise offering.We are now looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant who will work alongside the Senior Group Exercise Manager in order to ensure that we remain best in class and continue to be the Third Space for our members and enabling them to be their personal best.

Essential Qualifications:

• Level 2 Fitness qualification (or a nationally accredited equivalent)
