Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Nottingham is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of instructors across a vibrant timetable from yoga to HIIT. You will deliver high-energy classes, mentor staff and ensure member engagement, safety and service excellence.

You must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification, be adaptable to all fitness levels and help members achieve goals. The role offers ongoing CIMSPA training, opportunities for career progression and member discounts in a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructors to deliver a diverse timetable of group classes.
• Deliver high-energy group exercise sessions across the club.
• Support member engagement, safety and service excellence.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive club culture and growth.

As a Group Exercise Supervisor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
