Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Exercise High Holistic Instructor to lead engaging classes and create a space where members feel balanced, rejuvenated, and connected both physically and mentally.

You can specialise in Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation or the club's SPIRIT class; the role requires Fitness/ETM Level 2 or equivalent plus genre qualifications, with excellent communication and a customer‑service mindset to help members achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent is required.
• BWY or IYN or other approved yoga qualification preferred.
• Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise sessions across Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation or SPIRIT classes.
• Create an inclusive environment where members feel balanced and connected, physically and mentally.
• Inspire and coach members to achieve their wellness goals through high‑quality instruction.
• Deliver classes with excellent communication and customer service to enhance member experience.

As a Group Exercise High Holistic Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum of Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent to apply for this role
• In addition, hold the below specific genre qualifications (class dependent)
• BWY (British Wheel of Yoga), or IYN, (Independent Yoga Network)
• Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor
• You will be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
