David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Kettering is seeking a Group Exercise High Energy Instructor to lead dynamic classes across IGN1TE, freestyle, dance, and Body Pump for our members.

You will adapt to all fitness levels, deliver high quality sessions in purpose-built studios, and join a team that values belonging, growth, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Fitness/ETM Level 2 or equivalent to apply.
• CIMSPA-accredited IGN1TE training & ongoing coaching preferred.
• Ability to teach multiple classes in one location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy group exercise classes to members of varying fitness levels.
• Lead IGN1TE, freestyle, dance and Body Pump sessions with quality instruction.
• Create an inclusive, engaging class experience in purpose-built studios.
