Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Swindon is seeking a Group Exercise High Energy Instructor to deliver dynamic, high-energy classes such as IGN1TE, freestyle, dance and Body Pump to our members of all abilities.

You will adapt classes to different fitness levels, maintain high safety standards, and cultivate an engaging, inclusive atmosphere that motivates members to reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Fitness/ETM Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy Group Exercise classes including IGN1TE, freestyle, dance and Body Pump.
• Adapt delivery to all fitness levels and abilities to ensure member safety and enjoyment.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming class environment and motivate members to achieve their goals.

About you:

• As a Group Exercise High Energy Instructor: Please be aware, you must Hold a Fitness/ETM Level 2 or equivalent qualification to apply for this role
