Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a multi-site or regional capacity responsible for all food related matters.

• Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development, with strong leadership and people development skills.

• A passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food, driving innovative and creative menus that aredriven by excellence.

• Be financially astutewith good understanding of GP calculation and have strong IT literacy.

• Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable in both corporate and creative food environments.

• Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge.

• Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence.

• Stay up to date with current food trends.

Additional Information

• £60,000-£65,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday
• 33 Days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
