David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. Exeter is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of instructors and deliver a diverse timetable of classes, from yoga to HIIT, across our Exeter clubs.

You will guide sessions, ensure high professional standards, and embody excellent customer service. The role requires a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification, the ability to adapt to all fitness levels, and a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passion for health and fitness and inspiring members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructors across Exeter locations.
• Support and deliver engaging classes across a diverse timetable.
• Provide excellent customer service and member support.
