We are seeking Group Exercise Instructors and Personal Trainers who are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping members achieve their goals. Flexible hours are available, and we are especially interested in candidates who excel at working with seniors.
As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead engaging and effective classes in a fun, motivating environment. Your responsibilities include:
Leading a variety of fitness classes such as Strength Training, Muscle Conditioning, Cardio HIIT, Barre, Pilates, Aqua Exercise, and more.
Educating members on proper form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety and success.
Inspiring participants through enthusiastic instruction and active demonstrations.
Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member retention and engagement.
As a Personal Trainer, you will:
Design personalized training programs to meet individual fitness goals.
Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
Motivate and support members on their fitness journey, ensuring progress and success.

To thrive in this position, you should:
Have experience as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, or both.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with a diverse population.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of fitness training, exercise principles, and techniques in your area of expertise.
Be passionate about fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive fitness environment.
