Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Worcester is seeking a passionate Holistic Instructor to create spaces for members to feel balanced, rejuvenated, and connected both physically and mentally. You may teach Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation, or our SPIRIT classes across a single location.

The role requires a minimum Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and BWY/IYN or Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor credentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) or IYN (Independent Yoga Network) or Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor qualification is required.
• Passionate about health and fitness with ability to inspire members to reach goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service are essential.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create a space for members to feel balanced, rejuvenated, and connected physically and mentally.
• Able to teach multiple classes across genres (Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation, or SPIRIT class).
• Support and contribute to an inclusive culture within the club.
