Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Kettering is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates, Dance and Aqua classes, plus our six Signature Classes. You’ll be self-employed and hold a CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification, with Public Liability Insurance.

You’ll deliver engaging sessions across purpose-built studios, benefit from ongoing CIMSPA training, the ability to teach multiple classes in one location, career growth opportunities, and discounts on Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Registered self-employed with Public Liability Insurance for £2 million.
• Able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates, Dance and Aqua classes.
• Deliver engaging and dynamic sessions across multiple formats.
• Represent a positive, inclusive club culture and inspire members.
